The Story of our Joe: Ono’s Coffee

Here at Ono’s Smoothie Bowls, we believe in starting a great day with a great breakfast. At Ono’s, that means fresh ingredients, nutrient-packed dishes, and delicious flavors. Smoothie bowls are a quick, tasty way to get the energy you need to supercharge that winning attitude. All you need is one dip of the spoon into a Choco Loco Smoothie Bowl and you’ll know we practice what we preach. 

But no great start is complete without a fantastic cup of Joe, and that’s just what you’ll find at Ono’s. We have a full coffee menu to get your day moving in the right direction. Frappe, mocha, espresso, or americano, we have coffee for every preference. Top it off with a milk of your choice, including non-dairy options.

One of our favorite things about the coffee we serve is that it is 100% locally grown and roasted. Jalisco is famous for its delicate, nutty-flavored, shade-grown coffee. We purchase our beans from Cafe Oro Verde, right here in Puerto Vallarta. 

Wence Aguirre, the owner and master roaster of Cafe Oro Verde, provides only the highest quality to his customers. He has over twenty years of experience as a tostador, and is passionate about his craft. The beans are ethically sourced from small-scale grower co-ops in the nearby mountains, right here in the state of Jalisco. Like the rest of Ono’s menu offerings, our coffee is truly unique!
